Submitting Paper Claims

  1. In the Billing window select Claims Submission tab
  2. Click the “Generate Insurance Claims” button to the right.
  3. Place HCFA 1500 forms in the printer
  4. Click the “Print Claims” button
  5. In the pop-up window, click the print icon at the top. (NOTE: You may need to adjust the vertical and horizontal text position for your printer to align the text to the HCFA 1500 form. This is done by going to the “Preferences” tab in the administration window and changing the values in the Horizontal and Vertical fields under the HCFA Form Adjustment section)
