Submitting Electronic Claims

  1. wonderdoc claims management windowOpen the billing window and select the Submit Claims tab
  2. Click the “Generate Insurance Claims” button on the right.
  3. Click the “Send Claims” button to create the text file of the claims for upload.
  4. Close the file preview window
  5. Log in to your clearinghouse service.
  6. In the section of the webpage that asks to upload your electronic claims file, go to C:\Documents\WonderDoc\Administration
  7. Select eclaims.txt file.
  8. Follow your clearinghouse steps to upload this file.
