Modifying Insurance Transactions and Billing Codes
- Click the button “Modify Billing” at the bottom of the window.
- Make appropriate service and billing related changes in associated fields.
- Click “Update Signed Notes” button to the right.
- Click “Close” at the bottom when done.
Deleting and Un-Deleting Patient Transactions
- In the visits transactions grid, click the check box in the deleted column for the appropriate transaction (NOTE: all transactions related to insurance payments or write-offs must be done within the insurance distribution tab.)
- Click the “update” button located at the bottom of the window.
- To display all deleted transactions, check the box labeled “Show deleted” at the bottom of the window.
Undo a deleted transaction by checking the box labeled “show deleted” and unchecking the box under the “deleted” column within the line item you wish to restore. Then click the “Update” button.
