Managing Patient Alerts and Notes
Patient Alerts and Notes is for managing communications related to patient accounts between office departments.
- Click the button “Notes” in either the billing window, EHR status window, the subjective tab of the EHR window or in the plan tab of the EHR window.
- In the pop-up button, select the appropriate radio button under “Note Type”.
- Type the description of the Alert or Note in the text field labeled “Description”.
- Assign the alert to appear in a selected application window by checking the check box options at the bottom.
- Click the “Save” button at the bottom right to save and exit notes window.
