Managing Patient Alerts and Notes

Patient Alerts and Notes is for managing communications related to patient accounts between office departments.

  1. notes and alertsClick the button “Notes” in either the billing window, EHR status window, the subjective tab of the EHR window or in the plan tab of the EHR window.
  2. In the pop-up button, select the appropriate radio button under “Note Type”.
  3. Type the description of the Alert or Note in the text field labeled “Description”.
  4. Assign the alert to appear in a selected application window by checking the check box options at the bottom.
  5. Click the “Save” button at the bottom right to save and exit notes window.
